Chef Jay and Bloom Ranch present the inaugural Sydni Dining Supper Club, an evening celebrating live-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful hospitality. Set among the landscape of Bloom Ranch, this five-course experience brings together wood-fired technique, farm-grown produce, and carefully composed dishes that balance smoke, char, richness, and acidity.
